Training
We provide training on the assessment and treatment of ADHD including psychopharmacological treatment and psychological treatments to a range of professionals including psychiatrists, paediatricians, general practitioners, nurses, psychologists, and therapists from other professional backgrounds. We also provide training to teachers, SENCOs and other professionals working with schools, youth justice system etc.
We also provide training sessions for parents of children with ADHD to help improve their understanding about ADHD and to acquire specific skills to address the difficulties related to ADHD and co-existing problems in their children using a range of psychological therapies including CBT, Mindfulness, Systemic therapies, Coaching etc.
The training may take the form of Masterclasses in specific topics such as psychopharmacological treatments, psychological treatment or assessment of ADHD using structured interview schedules across the life span. We provide workshops to different professional groups and parents to address specific needs as well.
We are able to offer tailor made training sessions to suit the needs of the recipients. We have a wealth of experience in providing training to a range of professionals and parents both nationally and internationally and have received consistent positive feedback over the years.
